First there was no salt listed. I used a regular chicken broth but the recipe could use a touch. I cooked the dish for the full hour, then did another 10 minutes with the cheese. Let it sit covered for 15 minutes. The rice was a bit crunchy. With so many recipes I probably won’t make this again
