- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can water
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice (uncooked)
- 1 whole chicken (3-4 lbs)

Directions
- Heat soup and water; take half and mix with uncooked rice
- Spread rice mixture into 9x14 pan
- Lay chicken skin-up over rice; pour remaining soup over whole thing and sprinkle with paprika
- Bake **uncovered** 3 hours at 275F

Great easy recipe. Only two of us, so more than enough to get three meals. One first night, two to freeze after stripping the meat (keep bones for broth).
