Nice and tasty. We grill boneless chicken thighs a lot on the grill. Have been using variation of one spice mix because it was so good. But anything gets old after a while. This is a nice, clean, refreshing taste.
It was a little on the light side as far as seasoning. Going to add more orange juice & lime next time; maybe even in advance in marinate. Maybe even increase the cumin and the oregano. Going to try boiling down leftover marinate to reduce for a sauce/drizzle.
All in although, good just the way it is, especially if you like plain thighs with a mild flavor.
