Very good..make sure it has enough salt and pepper, I added a little more chicken broth..seemed a little thick

Good recipe, I did a few things differently to add more depth.
Firstly, garlic. This recipe doesn’t call for any garlic which I thought was odd. I also added quite a bit extra thyme and some rosemary. The chicken seemed to dry out with all the cooking, probably don’t need to cook it with the chicken broth from the start: just add it after the veggies with the broth, cook partially and let the rest cook in the pie dish. Other than that, totally nice recipe. I’ll do another version of it again in the future.
