We enjoyed this recipe! Especially for how simple and quick it was to make. I used a half box or pound of Penne Pasta and cooked to al dente. I pounded out two chicken breasts then cut into strips. I found I needed to triple the breadcrumb and parmesan mixture. To that mixture, I added Herbes de Province and cayenne to taste. I used a full jar of Pasta sauce and didn’t feel this was saucy enough but worked. I also didn’t have mozzarella cheese so took a risk and used what I had on hand i.e. Parmesan, Muenster, and Havarti cheeses (believe it or not) turned out awesome! This is a great last minute recipe for sure! Also made A LOT of food!

Full of flavour. Made my own Marinara sauce and used skinless thighs. Husband and son loved it!

It was Delicious! The chicken was so juicy and tasted amazing! I added some extra seasonings to the breadcrumbs and Parmesan that you dip the chicken in. I added a little bit of pepper, onion powdered, garlic salt and lawrys seasoning salt. I also put flour on the chicken before I dipped It in the eggs to make the breading stick to the chicken better.

This is delicious!! The ingredients read to use tomato sauce which means you can use ANY pasta sauce you like. This was easy and delicious! I will be making this over and over.

the tomato sauce wasnt good at @ll. it was nit easy. its a very white italian recipe.

SO GOOD! I made it for my boyfriends family as a late thank you to his mother for mother's day. We added some fresh herbs from the garden to the breading mixture, could have used more sauce.

Very good! I put everything in one pan and voila....awesome parmesan chicken meal done.
I will definitely make it again. Everyone loved it! I did not modify anything.

It was awesome!
I kept to the recipe, served it with bow tie pasta and mixed zucchini and squash.
I will be making this again. All of us loved it!
