- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oyster-flavored sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar (or honey)
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. mirin
- 2 tsp. chili garlic paste (red pepper chili flakes or Sriracha sauce - optional or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch

I added more chili garlic paste to make it a bit spicier, but this recipe is one of my staples.
