  • 1 can garbanzo beans (BUSH’S®)
  • 1 packet hummus (BUSH’S®, Made Easy)
  • 4 pieces flatbread
  • 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (large, sliced)
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (sliced, rotisserie chicken would work well)

    Directions

    1. Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans, then add them to the bowl of a food processor. Open the Hummus Made Easy packet and pour it in the bowl. Cover and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
    2. To assemble the wraps, spread hummus onto the middle of each wrap. Top with chicken breast, tomatoes, and avocado. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
