Great. Loving to cook. Mostly in my instant pot. Want healthy..and LOW COST. Hard because fresh ,healthy (and easy) food is COSTLY. I'm on a senior budget.

So good! I did change the recipe some. I put some frozen corn, taco seasoning and cilantro in there and did not put the salsa in. Turned out so good especially with those little pops of sweetness from the corn.

New family favorite and really easy to throw together! I used leftover rotisserie chicken and stuck to the recipe. Made a couple different dips to go with it that made it even better! Simply mixed some sour cream & salsa and also made one with sour cream & Franks hot sauce. Made some Lipton Spanish Rice as a side. All in all, it took about 20 minutes from start to finish! And Yumm!

These were yummy and a hit with my young kids too. I added some chopped green peppers and tomatoes to make them a bit more filling I wish I’d doubled the recipe though. We ate them right up!

Amazing and quick meal! We had leftover rotisserie chicken to use and I found this. I added more mix to the tortillas and I wish I would've followed the recipe so I could've had more flautas! YUM!
