Very easy, inexpensive and VERY average to the taste. I was better the next day but nothing I would make again.

Boiled potatoes for 15 min (next time will do less so they have more substance /not as mushy) Left out the garlic. Made the sauce on the stovetop and used twice as much velvetta (yum) and used 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 1/2 cup half and half cream for the liquid portion. Added ham before baking. It was creamy and delicious.
