really good-very cheesy I think any cheese would work/I did use the pepper jack as per the recipe--I made shrimp as a side dish with a salad, wonderful. I think you could even add cooked chicken to this and make it a main meal.

Good. I didn't use pepper jack, just plain monterey jack cheese. Kids like it, too.

We love this recipe! Especially me since it was so easy to make!! Used Havarti instead if Pepper jack since theycdisnt have any in store. Perfect keto side dish!

I don’t even like pepper jack cheese and I loved this. My fiancé thought the texture was weird and did like, but he didn’t love like I did.

This is very good. Although, I don't cook it as long as the directions state. I also stir it in the middle of the cooking time.

turned out nice. If you like lumpy mashed potatoes this is great. I used half and half, it was all I had, and it was still creamy. I also added turkey bacon pieces, delicious. The pepper jack cheese did not make it very spicy, just a a tiny kick. It didn't make as much as i thought. If you are going to take it to a pit luck, double the recipe
