    this was very yummy. my household enjoyed it. got to play with it a bit as the biscuits in the middle were doughy. but i dont have a cast iron so that contributes. over all. huge hit

    This was delicious – I used a glass round baking dish and it took me closer to 45 minutes to get it fully cooked. I used pre-sliced fresh Mozzarella and put a slice on each biscuit. I also used triple cheddar finely grated cheese because it’s what I had on hand. The recipe calls for 8 ounces and I only used four and I think it was the perfect amount of cheese. The combination of the two cheeses is heavenly!
    I added egg and cooked it for a bit longer it was tasty!!

    Delicious and super easy to throw together after work with eggs for any easy dinner, will be great for breakfast on the go tomorrow morning too! We made the biscuits into sandwiches filled with scrambled eggs 👍🏽

    What if you split the biscuit and did this in layers with bacon and half cheese on each layer I might have to try it this way next time . Good recipe a keeper.

    These bisuits were great! I sprinkled fresh chopped jalapenos over the bacon for some heat. I served them with chili, everyone loved them!

    Really good! I fried the bacon in the cast iron skillet then drained off all but 2 T of it. Used that instead of butter. Gave it extra flavor. Yum!
