This is a staple recipe for me! I use it for mac and cheese mostly. It’s soooo goood! Mix it up by trying different cheeses!

Super easy and delicious! If you're looking for mini mart nacho cheese sauce, this is NOT it. It IS a grown up version that taste great on many foods!

I made this with lactose free products. Turned out awesome. Will totally make it again. I combined 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 whip cream in lieu of 2% milk. Nice and thick.

very quick and easy to make! Tweaked it a little with whole wheat flour and a combo of mild and extra sharp cheddar with a dash garlic and crushed red pepper. It was the perfect addition to my broccoli and baked potato!
