I tried this recipe and broiled the meat for 6 mins per side worked perfect, thinner side was well done which my kids love and thicker side was medium to medium well for hubby and I. The flavors were great I really didn’t have to add salt thanks to the soy sauce I made steak tacos which was a hit. Will make again no substitutions.
