- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed (McCormick®)
- 3/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Crushed Red Pepper

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef mixture to skillet. Cook and stir until meat is browned.
- Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes longer or until meat is cooked through, stirring frequently.
- Serve in lettuce leaves with cooked rice and kimchi, sprinkled with additional sesame seeds and sliced green onion, if desired.
