- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup onions (choped)
- 1 lb. ground turkey (Substitutions available)
- ground chicken
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (Gourmet, Garlic Stir-In Paste)
- 1 pkg. McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
- 15 oz. white beans (undrained)
- 14.5 oz. petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1/4 cup frank (’S® RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (Gourmet, Lightly Dried Cilantro)

Directions
- 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots, celery and onions; cook and stir 1 minute. Add ground turkey and garlic paste; cook 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with additional RedHot Sauce and sprinkle with additional Lightly Dried Cilantro, if desired.
