Turned out great. I used dry brioche. However I think it needs more bread than the recipe requires

Delicious!!! I make homemade raisin bread from scratch and so used that in the bread pudding. I had to bake the bread cubes since I had just made the loaves to get them to the dryness of stale bread. Was 15-20min at 350 to get the bread just right, THEN used them in the recipe and baked the bread pudding. Turned out amazing!!!

It was super easy I used raisin bread; melted about 1/4 cup of butter and mixed it with cinnamon sugar. Added a little extra sweetness to the top

Wonderful. Adjusted ingredients to the amount of leftover bread I had on hand. Used fresh ground cinnamon instead of nutmeg due to allergies. Turned out wonderful.
I recommend sprinkling the top with cinnamon sugar and putting small pieces of butter on top. I also recommend using regular milk or half and half (or additional cream) for creaminess. The 2% milk I used left it a little too watery, rather than creamy, but that’s my fault. A good recipe.

Easy and delicious..... I added more sour dough bread , not wanting it too moist and runny. Also to elevate the taste, I added almond extract in addition to the vanilla. Wow! the bread pudding was a bit hit. Thanks for the recipe.

I’m not usually a fan of bread pudding but I had leftover bread I didn’t want to waste. This actually turned out really well and I would make it again! I used cinnamon rather than nutmeg, I’m not a fan of nutmeg.

Delish! I doubled this recipe, put it in a greased (with Pam) Bundt pan, and baked it for 1 hour, 15 minutes. It did seem like a lot of milk so the extra cooking time was in order (plus, I’d made a double batch). I put the full-to-the-rim Bundt on a pan lined with parchment paper to catch any spills. I didn’t have nutmeg on hand so I just used cinnamon sugar and it was perfect. So easy! It’s a great way to use up that loaf of bread that you know won’t be eaten quick enough.
EDIT: After waiting for this to cool down I had to edit my comments. You would not believe how this came out. It was like a cross between a custard and bread pudding. It had a lot of milk in the recipe which I found strange but my God! It tasted a lot like a custardy bread pudding we had at Miami’s Hilton and I’m so glad I ran across this recipe. Next time I’ll be making it in custard cups. Definitely nothing like your normal bread pudding.

Wonderful! I changed a few ingredients so I could get a Holiday Spice version.
1. For Bread, I used 1 pkg. of Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls (prepared according to pkg directions)
2. For Milk, I used EggNog
3. I did use 3/4 t of Vanilla Extract
4. I did use 2 extra lrg. Eggs
5. Finally I added 1/2 C of chopped Sweetened Dried Cranberries!
Fantastic, once Baked for 35minutes, I drizzled a powdered sugar, Pumpkin Spice, half & half Glaze before Serving. Still a very easy recipe to follow and results were great. Comments from my guests were; “Delightful, delicious, and quite decadent !”

Super easy. Always a favorite at our holiday meal. I add the orange flavored dried cranberries for a Thanksgiving twist. 👍🏼

Super easy and fast. Added a pinch of nutmeg and some cinnamon, skipped the raisins.

easy to make but either way too much milk or needed 1 more egg... 40mins later .. still wet.... took another 15 mins to cook through..

Made this twice! I added Caramelised rolled oats and cashew nuts as topping. 😋❤️ Although the recipe says serve warm, it's so much better chilled.

Turned out great and tasted good except that it was a bit watery. Next time I may reduce the amount of milk and sugar.
