- 3 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt (to taste)
- 1 onion (chopped into big pieces, more if you like onion)
- 1 cup hot water (more if you want it to be more on a runny side)
