So delicious! I made it with brown rice and coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, turned out perfect.

Excellent! Two additions I made were: sprinkled a little mirin on (gave it a little sweetness), and topped with some cashews for a little crunch.

We loved it! Added a little homemade yum yum sauce and it was perfection. (Shiracha + mayo + dash of soy sauce)

Easy and delicious. I used stir fry cauliflower along with frozen stir fry brown rice for a healthier option

Quick and delicious shrimp fried rice! It was very easy to make and takes little time once you have all of your ingredients together. Cooked this pretty much as written except didn’t use the peas or corn, don’t like peas and didn’t have corn. Everyone really enjoyed it :) Will definitely make again

Very easy and tasty. I added bacon and cooked that in the pan first to add some extra flavor for everything else

It was delicious but missing something. I’m thinking subsituting the canola oil with more sesame oil, adding water chestnuts and snow peas should be a must. I’ll definitely give it another go with some alterations.

It was a little bland for my tastes. I will make it again but add more seasonings. My family seem to like it. I added mushrooms instead of corn.
