- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 pound shrimp (medium-large fresh, cleaned, approximately 15-20 count shrimp)
- 1 cup frozen peas (and diced carrots blend, I don’t thaw and use straight from the freezer)
- 1/2 cup corn (I use frozen straight from the freezer)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely minced or pressed)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 4 cups cooked rice ( , I use white, long-grain or brown may be substituted. To save time use two 8.8-ounce pouches cooked and ready-to-serve rice)
- 3 green onions (trimmed and sliced into thin rounds)
- 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)

Delicious and easy! I did not have any sesame oil but it was still extremely tasty without it!

This recipe was easy to make and was very good. My 1 year old daughter and husband loved it! I used a can of mixed vegetables because it's what I had on hand (minus the potatoes). I will definitely make this again!

Very good, I will make again! It didn’t turn out too bland by a long ways but then I added spices to the shrimp before cooking it( paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt and black pepper)😉😆. Tasty, better than takeout!!

Sub butter for the canola oil - just like the restaurants use and don't forget the oyster sauce. Forget the cloves too.

It packed a lot of flavour and was a very uninteresting dinner unfortunately

Liked how easy it was to make. You can add any other vegetables you have laying around. I added fish sauce and it turned out great! If while you are making it starts tasting bland add more soy sauce or salt and pepper.

The husband loves it. I’ve made it multiple times and I’ll return to it again and again! Most is these ingredients I have laying around most days so it’s an easy meal for us!

Turned out great! We will be making it again. Would be good with salmon or pork in it instead of shrimp too. We also tried it wrapped in tortillas with avocado slices and a few drops of Szechuan sauce. That was also good.

It was excellent. I added a bit of spice and I used a soy sauce alternative instead but it still was fantastic.

I made this dish and it came out good but I agree with a lot of people here it was very bland. I don't know what to do to make it tastier, but otherwise it was easy to make.

This turned out really well! It makes a large amount (maybe 1.5 takeout boxes). Since my husband and I are going to be the main ones eating it I could have made a little less. Other than that great instructions! Easy quick meal. I used frozen rice too and pre-cooked it in the microwave.

The recipe is fine, but this website has too many spam ads and pop ups, cant even see the recipe, and eventually a pop up ad wouldn't let me see the page.

I added Yum Yum shrimp sauce to this to give a little extra flavor and moisten up the rice. I also couldn’t view all the steps on my phone due to an add but when I selected “print recipe”, I could view all instructions

This was really easy to make and so delicious. I didn't have sesame oil but it still had great flavor. Going to try with a different protein sometime.
