Great! We made three tiny loaves instead of one big one, and added cheese to the last one. We also let the beer get to room temperature, Fat Tire is what we used.

This was so simple and easy. I used Negro Modelo and what a subtle sweet flavor. Delicious! My husband is obsessed.

Always outstanding. Added Huckleberries to give it that Montana touch. Made four loaves for a bake sale at work and they were gone in 10 minutes

Very tasty! Fabulous first attempt at bread. Took tip from another cook and added a tsp of ho eh which really brought it all together.

Very good amd very easy to make!
I like to add cheese, dill, and a small amount of honey to the batter.
