the sauce recipe is the best! I use it as a base for any Asian style. I used wafer thin sliced round roast beef while adding red and yellow peppers plus water chestnuts. I've also included mushrooms but they didn't look so good when I was shopping this time.

Only used tablespoon of brown sugar and added ginger, didn’t have oyster or hoisin sauce but it came out great! Will make again and keep tweaking :-)

Tasted better than one from Chinese restaurant. My dsughter thought it was a little sweet.

Super easy to make. Tasty too. I added extra hoisin sauce for a bit extra sweetness. I think next time I’ll cut down on oyster sauce and replace it with more hoisin :-)
