We took the classic Italian favorite and simplified it without compromising flavor! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- nonstick cooking spray (for baking dish and meat sauce)
- 1 lb. 85% lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt (for meat sauce)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper (for meat sauce)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (for meat sauce)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (for meat sauce)
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz. per jar)
- 16 oz. low-moisture ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for ricotta mixture)
- 1 large eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt (for ricotta mixture)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (for ricotta mixture)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (for ricotta mixture)
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning (for ricotta mixture)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for ricotta mixture)
- 1 box no boil lasagna (12 oz. per package)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Spray an extra-large skillet generously with nonstick cooking spray, then set over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook the beef, breaking it up with a spatula, until thoroughly browned, 5-6 minutes.

this was really really good. everybody enjoyed it. Ithink and would liketo see it thicker seemed thin but was very good.

Turned out amazing! I added lots of extra mozz on top of each ricotta layer. Made it extra cheesy!

Impossible to mess this one up with the detailed instructional video. Tasted really good (whole family agreed). Personally I'd like to add a little more marinara sauce into the mince next time. . . there will be a next time!

very easy to make, i would recommend about half a can more of marinara sauce to help cover the top but it was great

Tweeked it up y usibg ground turkey. Adding Mexican oregano, hot chili pepper flakes. Turned out explosive!!! Yum!
