Long time to prepare and cook, but worth the tribulations. My children fought over the last serving, so I got dinner and a show.

Made this recipe last night and found it flavorless and boring. So I added parsley, oregano - very easy to do. Also (a bit more effort) added mushrooms for more flavor and a grated carrot for some sweetness. I used much less salt and, as always, 2 cloves of garlic; it could have been 4. Next time I'll add some Frank's Hot Sauce to perk it up even more,
