This recipe lacked the taste of Mexican cooking. It tasted very bland. The tortillas cracked in half as they were too stiff to used while trying to load the 1/4 cup of beef with the very little amount of cheese. There was not enough of the sauce to cover enchiladas and not enough cheese is used. It is a recipe made by someone who is not familiar with Mexican food. Would I make this again ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
