So good! I didn’t put the thyme but followed everything else. This was my first time cooking brisket and it was very easy. My in laws even asked for the recipe.

I’ve never made brisket before but I followed the recipe as shown and it turned out beautifully! Didn’t know what to expect but it was moist and tender and the rub brought the whole thing to life. Will make it again.

I use an elk steak and have made it 3 or 4 times. It turns out amazing, super tender and loads of flavor. Live this recipe!

When I made this, the directions wouldn’t come up so I made it different.
I saw the ingredients, so I put all the ingredients in the crockpot.
I added baby carrots, potatoes and onions. Cooked on low for 8 hours.
I made fried cabbage to go with it.

Amazing!!! The meat pulled apart so easily didn’t have to use a knife. Flavor was awesome. Best compliment came from my husband. After work he walked through the door and said it smells amazing I here. He never voices how much he likes things often and this one he did. Will make again!
