minus having to do it allin my ninja/blender, seemed like it will be good!! very excited to seehowit tastes! addedchopped dates 1/3 cup! and used unflavored coconut oil for the cooking oil

I added peanut butter to the recipe!which turn out so good!I would make it again and again!

I used rice flour instead and I left the oats as they are, without grinding them. The cake turned out just right... light and tasty.
