I thought it came out good! a couple modifications my tips were thick -by the time the steak was up to temp,too much sugar had burned into the pan so instead of cooking mushrooms in the fond, I did rinse the pan. to make up for that lost flavor, I added the marinade into the cooked mushrooms with some wine and reduced down to a syrup and chucked in butter and the resting juices. also added asparagus

Meh. Maybe I’m just not a fan of balsamic vinegar? My husband thought it was better than I did, but said it still was not awesome. Won’t make again.
