- 1 lb. ziti (or penne pasta, we use gluten-free penne)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 44 oz. spaghetti sauce (jar of Ragú Old World Style Traditional)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan (or Italian blend grated cheese, Walmart's Great Value brand has a nice Italian cheese blend in the dairy case.)
