Very good. Wish I would have followed recommendations to add more marinara sauce but it still came out good. I will be making this again soon.

This was great! I did tweak it a bit; I did half ground beef and a tiny bit more than half mild Italian sausage. I sautéed green peppers, onions, and garlic to go in the meat sauce. When I cooked the meat, I seasoned with seasoning salt instead of regular salt and added oregano for that extra boost of flavor. Also, I used 15 oz of Ricotta and a 16 oz bag of mozzarella-we’re not cheese fanatics. Because of reviews, I used about 50 oz of marinara sauce. Everyone loved it!

good. it's like lasagne but with a different pasta. I added minced garlic & sweet onion to the meat sauce, sautéed first. used one link of Jennie-O sweet Italian sausage & 1/4 lb. of lean ground beef (cutting calories) & made 1/2 the recipe. It's hard to cook for one.

Pretty good but I thought it could’ve used more flavor. I’ve never had ricotta before so I’m not sure what it’s supposed to taste like, but I’m not sure I was a huge fan of it. Easy enough to make though.

Awesome outcome!! My children enjoyed it very much, so much so, that they even asked for seconds!! As an adult though, I have to agree with the other reviewers on the fact that it might need a bit more flavor. I read one review where they mentioned using Italian sausage instead of ground beef for more flavor, and I think next time I will try it with the sausage.

Simple meal, none gone to waste. As some suggested, next time going to try more sauce and less ricotta.

Good recipe overall, but next time I would use less ricotta and add more spices.

Used 15oz of ricotta and 8oz of mozzarella. Still plenty of cheese to get the job done. Will use Italian sausage next time for a stronger flavor profile. Everyone cleared their plate, great base recipe to tweak or build on.
