I had a lot of zucchini grow at once so this was perfect. It was pretty watery but I had forgotten to put in chicken broth and eyeballed it after removing from the oven. I drained the sausage before placing in the pan and I couldn’t figure out the sideways zucchini so I just layered the zucchini and meat like lasagna.
