Easy was an understatement! I popped everything in a ziplock and put in on the counter for the three hour marinade, easy peasy. The pork was so juicy and flavorful. This recipe will be used regularly.

I enjoyed the flavor. Didn’t get a good sear... could’ve been my dish choice. May use the recipe but change my technique if I try again.

They don’t look like the picture, but they are very flavorful and moist. If you have bone in pork chops you’re looking at a 30-40 min cooking time. Definitely a great way to have pork chops if you’re looking to avoid the grill or stove.
