Easy and delicious. I use the Pioneer Woman shredded chicken recipe for the Instant Pot that makes 5lbs of shredded chix and freeze in 5 diff freezer bags. This was a great use for one of the bags. Will make again.

Turned out good! We left out the black beans and didn’t cook the salsa with the chicken and onions, however we did add salsa on top of the cheese and let it bake. Definitely can see myself making again!

This came out so good and it tasted amazing! We left out the black beans and used mild roasted garlic salsa. I'll definitely be making this again and again.

I didn't line my baking dish like the recipe said so mine stuck but that was my fault. They tasted absolutely delicious! This is a recipe we definitely make again. Fast, easy and very good. Line your baking dish!

The bottoms ripped off of all of the taco shells when we tried to pick them up (I assume from the salsa making it soggy and then sticking to the foil?) so it became sort of a taco casserole. Luckily I had some flour tortillas, so we filled what we could of the original ‘tacos’ into the flour tortillas and put sour cream between the two layers which saved the day... they still weren’t as good as just making normal tacos. My husband was into my double layer idea though!

The tacos were sooo good,i also varied the reciepe a little, canned cheese on a soft shell with a hard shell for the support of the baking. I used steak and chicken both, dont forget the lime for perfection!

This is good and very easy to make but every time i make it, its different lol. Thats the beauty of a recipe like this. Plenty of room to make it your own.
