These are the BEST baked Buffalo wings! The secret is to use cornstarch instead OR make sure the baking soda is aluminum free. These are críspy, tender, juicy… my new favorite 🤩

It was great ! The wings were crispy . I did use the convection setting . A new keeper for game day . Other then the covenction setting I followed the recipe . I mixed the baking powder and the salt together before I coated the chicken with it and my wings were thawed out not frozen.

I liked them alot, was an alternative to frying which is most recipes.
was pleasantly pleased, they came out like airfried crispy,my oven has a convection fan bake setting I used that & very tasty.
I had no problems with any bakin powder or too salty taste. ate some put the rest in freezer to be microwaved another day but unlike the tyson frozen buf wings I bought before, these were made & tasted fresh. & now that I can make my own from fresh packaged wings & I leave them whole btw, thats probably all ill be doing when craving these, for me, 5 stars. I use kens chunky bleu cheese dressing,& better than domino's.

Weren’t very crispy and the flavor was weird. They were edible but definitely not a fan

I can taste the baking powder a bit. Could use a bit more kick. Next time I will increase the hot sauce or add cayenne pepper. Other than that, very tasty!

I’ve tried different wing recipes and by far this one is the best. The are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My son likes these better than any other recipes and they are gluten free.

Turned out amazing! But I replaced the baking soda with just regular flour & lighted brushed it on the chicken individually instead of shaking it in a bag.

Delicious! I added a little BBQ sauce to the hot sauce and really liked that mix.

Very good, modified the amount of buffalo sauce used depending on the amount of chicken I wanted to be covered.
Tasted good too, probably going to make some more now.

Cooked for maybe 10 minutes longer and then let them rest in the oven while preparing sauce. The extra time left them perfectly crisp and extremely tender.

SO DELICIOUS and very easy recipe!!
I didn’t have the hot sauce so I replaced it with peri-peri sauce. So good! Will make it the same way next time.
At 45 mins, I flipped the wings and put them back in for 5 minutes.
Next time I’ll probably cook one side for 45 mins and the other for 10 minutes. For a total of 55 minutes.
For the side, I baked chickpeas (recipe from this site) to make them crispy with seasoning and I cooked quinoa using chicken stock for flavour.
