I bought frozen pie crust 2 pack...doubled the recipe and had a bit of leftover egg mix as well as losing some to spillover. 14 year old son ate a lot. 10 year ate around spinach. Wife and I enjoyed it.

It was delish! I used a gluten free pie crust but otherwise followed directions to a tee. Will definitely make again.

It was amazing! The best quiche/egg based breakfast I’ve ever tried.
I really enjoyed it! I did mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese instead

Easy and very good! I didn’t have spinach but added cooked onion and roasted red peppers and an extra egg.
