- 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 cup bone broth (all-natural/organic beef)
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (dried, I'd recommend using dried in the sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. chives (chopped)
- 1 inch ginger (piece of, peeled and minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. veggies (frozen mixed, I use an organic California blend with carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 can water chestnuts
- veggies (Any other, you want!)
