- 16.3 oz. biscuits (large, each biscuit cut into 4 or 6 pieces - I like Pillsbury Grands)
- butter (melted - can use salted or unsalted butter)
- granulated sugar
- ground cinnamon
- 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled, and diced into cubes, any baking apple will do!)
- raw pecans (or lightly salted, optional)
- powdered sugar
- heavy cream (or milk of choice)
- vanilla extract
- salt
- ground cinnamon
- cream cheese (very softened)

- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon (add more if desired)

- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese (very softened)
