Came out lovely. Didn't miss flour at all. Used arrowroot flour because that's what I had. Tried it with melted ghee and in the pan too. Did a filling of eggs, turkey sausage mushrooms and feta cheese. Came out swimmingly. My husband loved it! Will do again for sure.

These were great, excellent texture and flavor! Use a scant 1/2 c measure of batter if you want traditional size crepes. We used clarified instead of coconut oil
