- 4 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 1/3 cup sugar (for sprinkling)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sugar, flour, baking powder & salt. Set aside.
