- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 12 oz. pasta (spaghetti)
- 4 Tbsp. kosher salt (or sea)
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella (whole milk)
- 1 cup fontina cheese (grated)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp. seasoning (Johnny's Great Caesar Garlic)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (cut into small pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
