It was easy to make, but the chicken itself was very bland despite the fact that it had, like, 10 herbs rubbed on it. And I rubbed it with butter instead of oil. The chicken was juicy I’ll give it that, but tasteless. The veggies were really good because they had the spices and the chicken on top (and more butter instead of oil-we like butter here), but overall no one in the household was impressed. Maybe I should have made a gravy, too? I dunno. Will probably not make this again.
