    I did not like the recipe. It was chunky and needed to be puréed. The chicken broth killed the flavor for me. It overpowered the pumpkin.

    Delicious and full of flavour. Added bacon and coriander for more flavour. Definitely one of my favourite soups

    So far, so good! I did everything but add cream because I froze it to serve to guests as a starter. I also roasted the pumpkin for the purée. The purée is delicious! I can't remember, but I might have added some sugar (?). It's labor-intensive because pumpkins are hard to chop up and I took extra efforts to roast them. Can't wait to see how it turns out! Thank you for sharing!
