They came out great! I used honey instead of yacon syrup and I added 1/2 egg. But they were great, I’m probably gonna make them again.

i just made these because i happened to have all the ingredients in the pantry & i've been craving cookies. These are soooo easy & very good!!! i just used maple syrup. I guess i made mine a bit bigger than the recipe intends, because it says it makes 24 (?) but at normal cookie size, i got 10. ha ha. try these, they are great. 😊❤
