My husband is the consort of Meatloaf and he was very impressed I did add All purpose seasoning and two eggs and on the top some mustard with the ketchup. Turned out fantastic!

I used Impossible Foods plant-based burger and baked at 375*F for 20 minutes. This meatloaf came out well! I would definitely bake this again with the same substitution.

Turned out way too mushy. Maybe because i left out the onions. Flavor was great though. Won't make it again though.

Followed the recipe exactly, but just seemed off. The meatloaf was not as flavorful as it could have been and the texture seemed off-it was too soft. It was done, but it seemed like it wasnt cooked enough. We have tried other meatloaf recipes that have turned out much better.

I thought it was okay but the mother n law really liked it so I'll probably make it again for her

really good flavor and super easy to make; although, I didn't have milk so I used chicken stock instead which I think made it too moist

I didn't catch the additional 15 minutes extra cooking time after the initial 40 minutes. So it was a little undercooked, microwaved the pieces after that so ok. They should say straight up that cooking time is 1 hour or so.

Very good. I added worsheshire sauce, garlic powder and italian seasoning and omitted the ketchup on the top.

I did it 1/3 cup of milk and one egg instead and half cup of bread crumbs turned out better then ever the whole thing is gone ❤️❤️❤️

It had great flavor, but wasn’t very firm. I’d replace the milk with an egg.
