- 3/4 cup shrimp (peeled and de-veined, 100 g, 3.5 oz about 8 large shrimp)
- 3 cups veggies (diced or shredded, /fruits Note 2)
- 2 Tbsp. herbs (finely chopped Note 3)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy (low sodium, 22 ml or Tamari for gluten free)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (44 ml or honey)
- 1 lime (1/2 tsp lime zest and all the juice)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger (grated, 1/2 inch piece of ginger)
- 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3/4 Tbsp. Sriracha (pretty spicy, use less if preferred)
