This was pretty tasty. If you don't like the tang of red wine vinegar then I would leave it out. My spouse and I felt the tang added a pleasant taste. The only thing I changed was the type of chicken. I used chicken breast instead of thighs and legs. I would definitely make this again. We also made risotto instead of white rice
