- 2 tart apples (small, cored and sliced into chunks, I like the skin in)
- 2 bananas (ripe, sliced)
- 4 Tbsp. sugar (I use 1 tbsp brown and 2 tbsp white, or to taste)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- icing sugar (or Confectioner's, for dusting or sprinkling)
