Made this and wow! Amazing!! Grandkids loved it!! Cooked for 18 min and done to perfection! Used the amount of butter called for and wouldn’t change a thing, unless of course ur watching ur fat and calories!!

This is an excellent Dutch Baby (DB) recipe. I’ve made Dutch Babies frequently and the added step of cooking for a minute on the stovetop, before 15 min in the stove made center a bit thicker (along with a full cup of flour, instrad of the common 1/2 C). Very good. Enjoy! Be sure to eat when hot

It turned out a little sweet, but it was delicious. It did shrink right after it came out of the oven.
