My Grandmother used this exact recipe long before i was born. Definitely not a pioneer woman original.

Huge hit and there were no leftovers after dessert! Super easy to make. I’m not a fan of margarine so I used the full stick and a half of butter. I also used yellow cake mix. This will be my new go to dessert if I’m on a time crunch and need to make something tasty!!

I used a can of blueberry pie filling and the cherry. Kinda alternating blobs on the pineapple. Swirling it all to mix a bit.
Red White and Blue is
Great for 4th of July.

It was delicious. I used only 8oz of the pineapple and baked it until the crust was light brown. I used yellow cake mix, also.

Definitely moist and sweet, but came out delicious. Mixed everything, even the cake mix in and still turned out perfect. 45 minutes gave it a finished, but moist texture. So im sure a little longer would have been more cooked, but I enjoyed it the way it was.

I used just butter instead of margarine, and added chopped pecans on top. This dessert doesn't last long in my house!

This is one of my all time favorite desserts! My Great Auntie Emma would make this for my birthday every year as a child so I feel I am qualified to say that this recipe too is a scrumptious dump cake. My Aunties recipe may have had more of the white cake on top which made it even better. So yes, highly recommend this recipe that is super easy, quick to put together and delicious!👍🏽
