- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsp. dark cocoa powder (black/, can use all dutch if you don’t have this)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. espresso powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 XL eggs
- 4 oz. full fat cream cheese (at room temp, you want it soft)
- 4 oz. white chocolate (melted, cooled)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 14 oz. condensed milk
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
