- 1 Tbsp. dukkah (or more, see notes for homemade mix)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup mixed greens (chopped, spinach, kale, or shredded brussel sprouts)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 mint leaves (chopped, to garnish - optional)
- 1 sprig oregano leaves (to garnish, optional)
- lemon (sliced, to garnish, optional)
- greens (Micro-, or sprouts to garnish, optional)
- crumbled feta (Optional, or parmesan to serve, omit for paleo/vegan)
