I really enjoyed this meal. It was fairly easy to make, but when I plate it I feel like a professional chef who just made something gourmet because it looks so pretty. The taste was spot on as well. I did not use duck fat though. I substituted with butter and a lesser amount than what is called for since duck is already so fatty.
